The Pre-stretching frames are most commonly used in SMT stencil industry, its features are as follows: Raw Material: AL6063, T5 Aluminum Alloy meets the standard of European RoHS.

Uniformity of Stretching Tension: +/-0.5N/cm

Tension: 34-36N/cm (measured by TETKO MAT 7-50N/CM Tension Meter)

Mesh: 29T-120um or 24T-150um tension-stabilized and low elongation polyester mesh

Glue: Japan Epoxy A B Glue
