100mm glass petri dish of high borosilicate glass

A petri dish, known as a petri plate or cell culture dish, is a labware for cell and microbial culture of labware which is made of a lid and a flat round or square shape bottom. Generally, a petri dish is made of high borosilicate glass and plastic. It is one of the most common items in biology laboratories.

The outer surface shall not be convex. The flatness of the inner surface shall be ≤1.5

●Petri dish appearance defect requirements

Thin skin bubbles, dense small bubbles, disorderly stripes, spiral stripes, blasting cracks and other obvious defects are not allowed to exist.

●Matching requirements of petri dish bottom and lid

After the petri dish bottom and cover are fitted, the edge of the cover is not less than 2mm from the outer plane of the plate bottom.

Packing, Storage and Transportation

●Package

100mm glass petri dishes are packed in a safe carton which can contain 120 pieces 100mm glass petri dishes; in size 49x36x25cm; in weight N.W. 12kg, G.W. 14kg. The products shall be packed in corrugated cartons in accordance with GB/T 6543; A spacer should be placed between the bottom and lid of the petri dish; The outer packing shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 191；The outer packing shall show product name, specification and quantity, net weight, gross weight and volume and others.

●Storage

Products should be stored indoors after packaging, stacking height should not exceed 10 layers, should not be in contact with strong acid, strong alkali, chloride and other chemical substances.

●Transportation

This product can be transported by any means of transportation, loading and unloading should not throw.
