The electrical conditions for normal use shall meet the provisions in 5.2 of GB/T3859.1, and the voltage waveform, fluctuation range, frequency change and symmetry degree of the AC network shall meet the requirements in 5.2.2 of GB/T3859.1 Adaption of the rectifier to the electrical conditions shall meet the requirements for immunity level B in 5.2 of GB/T3859.1.

During equipment operation, the limiting temperature range of the surrounding environment and cooling water shall meet the following provisions and the non-condensation running conditions shall be considered according to GB/T3859.2-1993.

Limiting temperature of environment and cooling water: indoor environment temperature -5℃~+40℃ at the inlet, with the change no more than 30℃ within 24h. Cooling water temperature 5℃~30℃.

Note: If the environment temperature and cooling water temperature of the rectifier exceed above temperature, the rated current shall be properly corrected according to GB/T3859.

The cooling water shall be drained during disuse of the rectifier to prevent freezing and damage.

SDA DC LARGE-CURRENT SENSOR SERIES SYSTEM INTRODUCTION

I Introduction 

SDA DC large-current sensor is an checking and measuring device for large direct current with independent property right of intellectual and inter-checking function. We adopt technology of constant temperature on key parts to greatly bring down the effect that the temperature on the performance, and technology of hall effect to directly measure the checked current with fast response and fine linearity, as well as structure of unique magnetic circuit to prevent quality change for overload. It has been  demonstrated  by  national  department  of  technological  authority  and  users’ feed-backs that its main performance index is leading the demotic industry.

The output signal from product series of SDA DC large-current sensor could directly match the second meter and feedback control circuit, with characteristic of high precision, dependable performance, small power expenditure, fast response, pleasant and reasonable structure, convenience of installation and maintenance. It’s widely used in constant checking, measuring and controlling of large direct current in realm of metallurgy, chemical industry, electric transmission and drive, and so on. It’s ideal equipment for large direct current checking and measuring, and for realization of optimizing control to economize on energy.

 

II Basic Principles 

See to Fig.1.Electric busbar P cross iron core T of sensor. When the checked current crosses P,a magnetic field B will appear in T proportionally to the checked current,and a pressure signal V will appear proportionally to magnetic field B in Hall parts of magnetic induction in T air gap. This signal will be transmitted to output amplifier A1 and A2 of second grade power after having been disposed by balanced amplifier.  Finally  two  groups  of  output  pressure  V1  and  V2  proportional  to  the checked direct current will be output.

III Working Conditions 

The sensor work normally under the condition of environment temperature of -50

℃~55℃ and relative humidity less than or equal to 80%. 

The installation spot should lack serious active gases, dust and other explosive and corrosive medium. If devices of antisepsis and damp proof are needed in chemical industry, please make it clear in contract.

Then sensor’s power supply is alternating current with pressure of 220V±10% 

and frequency of 50HZ.
